How to Order

1. Place your order online or use our form and fax to us.  Click here for our order form.
2. Cindy's family impressions accepts Cash or Check.  Creation of your ceramic piece will not be started until payment has been received.
3. Cindy will review your order and will contact you with any questions.
4. Cindy will paint your order.
5. Cindy will email you a proof photo of your piece prior to being fired.  At this point, some changes can be made.
6. Once acceptance of the final product is done, Cindy will fire your order.
7. You product can be shipped or picked up at Cindy's studio.  Indicate your deliver option during check out.
